£10k reward offered for information on New Forest burglary

A REWARD of £10,000 is being offered for information that leads detectives to burglars who stole a safe containing valuable jewellery.

The raiders struck in the village of Godshill near Fordingbride in the New Forest between 6pm and 10pm on Wednesday, September 26.

A back door was forced and a small amount of cash was taken along with expensive jewellery including a 27-carat diamond necklace, Dior gold hooped earrings, art deco watch with a diamond-studded white gold bracelet and an 18-carat gold Cartier watch.

Witnesses and anyone with information about those responsible or the whereabouts of the missing property should phone 101 or the free and anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
