Views wanted on Poole day centres’ future

RESIDENTS in Poole are being asked for their views on the best way to provide day centres for older and disabled people in future.

The council runs two day centres, Sea View and Poole Day Centre, both in Parkstone, and funds places at two other centres provided by independent organisations.

Sea View recently benefited from a £1.4million refurbishment to better support adults with physical or learning disabilities.

Poole Day Centre supports older people and offers a variety of activities that promote independence and enhance quality of life.

There is an online survey at boroughof

which closes on October 19.
