Check your lottery tickets - there's another unclaimed jackpot in the Purbeck area

A SECOND lucky punter who bought a lottery ticket from the Purbeck area is sitting on an unclaimed £2,159,664 jackpot, it has been confirmed.

National Lottery bosses say the winning ticket, from the Saturday, August 18 draw, was bought in the same North Dorset and Purbeck area as a winning £1m Euro Millions Ticket just three weeks before.

The anonymous £1m winner of the Euro Millions came forward to claim his life-changing prize last month. Now the search is on for the latest winner, whose winning Lotto numbers are 21, 27, 38, 42, 44, 46 and 41.

The lucky winner has until February next year to make their claim.

A National Lottery spokesman said: “We are desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings. This amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody’s life.

“We’re urging everyone to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.”
