Verwood slip road to close at night for repairs

THE Verwood slip road from the A31 will be temporarily closed overnight next month while contractors carry out carriage repairs.
It will begin on Monday September 24 and it is expected the work will last for approximately four nights over a three month period.
The closures will be in effect Monday to Thursday between 10pm and 5.30am, Friday between 10.30pm and 5.30am, Saturday between 10pm and 6am and Sunday nights between 10.30pm and 6am.
During this time the westbound slip road from the A31 leading to the B3081 Verwood road would be closed and traffic diverted around the Ashley Heath roundabout to return east on to A31 to the opposite slip road leading to Verwood.
