A 43-year-old man has appeared in court after the alleged armed robbery of a shop in Upton.
Yunus Patel, from Poole, faced Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court on Monday charged with robbery and possession of an imitation firearm.
Two men went into the Spar shop at Upton Triangle on Thursday, March 1, and threatened a member of staff, it is alleged.
Patel is due to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on Monday, March 12.
