FUNDRAISERS had aching legs but big smiles after spending up to an hour and a half space-hopping along Poole seafront.
They raised £900 for a community group that helps single parents and hopped from Branksome Chine to Canford Cliffs and back again.
“It was tiring and we are all aching, but it was just so much fun,” said Alix Digby, an outreach worker with SMILE.
“The sun was shining and we had some great conversations with the public on the seafront.”
Around 18 fundraisers started at Beach Hut 61 and on Sunday and they collected £120 in donations on the day.
SMILE is run by a mixture of churches and is based at Longfleet Baptist Church.
It runs activities once a month for single parents and their children and the money will go into the general funds.
Barclays bank also made a £750 donation in addition to the £900.
The event was organised Alix and Heather Beatty and the idea came from Kate Smith.
