Couples flock to BIC Wedding Show

DREAMS of the perfect wedding came to life for many couples visiting the Wedding Show at the BIC this weekend.

The three-day event, backed by the Daily Echo, saw thousands of couples flock to the venue seeking inspiration for their big day.

And with more than 130 exhibitors displaying everything from top hats to table decorations and exquisite cakes, there was something for everyone’s taste.

With the highly anticipated Bride of the Year competition and a de-stress zone with free mini treatments, the event did not disappoint.

Every aspect of the intricate wedding planning experience was catered for with stands advising on vehicles, stationary, jewellery, favours and venues.

Daily fashion shows gave visitors the chance to take the weight off their feet.

what with the parking police living in the past and charging accordingly who will outnumber who. The 130 sales people or the punters?
