Teenagers deny assaulting MP

TWO teenagers have appeared before magistrates at Bournemouth to deny assaulting local MP Tobias Ellwood in Roumelia Lane, Boscombe on June 20 this year.
Thomas Barry, 18, of Bournemouth, and a 17-year-old youth who cannot be named for legal reasons, were remanded on bail for trial at Poole magistrates court on February 24 next year.
Barry also pleaded not guilty to assaulting a police officer.
