JOHN Lewis at home in Poole has announced extended opening hours after customers number were “much higher than anticipated.”
Shoppers will get an 64 extra shopping hours in the run up to Christmas with longer trading hours from tomorrow.
The shop will open 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday.
And form November 30 Sunday hours will increase again from 9.30am - 4.30pm, with the first half hour for browsing only.
Since the retailer opened its doors on October 22, thousands of shoppers have flowed through the doors.
Branch manager James Prince said: “The customer response to our new shop has been fantastic. We planned longer hours a few weeks before Christmas, but due to customer demand decided to increase our hours from this week.”
