GREAT ACHIEVEMENT: The proud winners
PORTCHESTER School has again hosted its Sports Personality of the Year Awards.
A total of 80 children from six Bournemouth schools received certificates with 20 awarded trophies.
“Sport inspires young people, not just in physical education but in all areas of school life” said the school’s director of sport, John Greetham.
“We want to inspire all young people in this way, not just those at Portchester.”
Pupils also came from Avonbourne, Bethany, St James’, Stourfield and King’s Park.
