OLYMPIC star Liz Yelling has the legs to do the course 26 times over.
But the new fun run she launched isn’t aimed at top flight athletes, or even club runners.
The new Castlepoint Fun Run will instead have one and one-and-a-half mile routes around Bournemouth’s Littledown Centre designed for families and children.
You can even bring babies and get them round in anyway you see fit.
Liz, 35, who now lives in Parkstone, Poole, launched the run with 100 children from primary schools, exactly the kind of people she hopes to see taking part.
Before the event on October 18 Liz will be going into primary and upper school to coach pupils, sponsored by Castlepoint.
All the money raised by entry fees for the run will go to the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.
