MP Fraser stands down

MP for South West Norfolk, Christopher Fraser, announced he was to stand down yesterday.
Mr Fraser was MP for Mid Dorset until losing his seat to Annette Brooke in 2001 and still has property in the area.
He was in the spotlight earlier this week for claiming £1800 expenses for 215 trees to mark the boundary of his land.
He said his decision to stand down had "nothing to do" with the expenses issue.
