John Hanrahan is the Cruise the Coast winner
Ferndown's John Hanrahan has been crowned the Daily Echo's Great Citizen and winner of the Cruise the Coast competition.
John was announced as the winner on Coast FM this morning, ahead of foster carer Norma Sarafin Penny.
Mrs Penny wins a mini cruise with P&O and Mr Hanrahan, who was chosen by the judges for his work with the community in Ferndown, especially the jujitsu club, will spend a week on a luxury yacht in the South of France.
