A BROMLEY salesman has been told to get on his bike many times but now he is taking this advice to heart.
Travelling rep Terry Trisnan is branching out from his Bromley beat to cycle 3,200 miles across America.
The Florida to San Diego trip is expected to take about 66 days and he will be raising money for children's charity, the NSPCC.
Mr Trisnan, 57, who lives in Banstead, Surrey, and works for Spacemaker Bedrooms, in Widmore Road, Bromley, said: “I lived in America for a few years when I was younger and really love the people. I've already raised about £500, which is great.”
Anyone who wants to support Mr Trisnan, should call 020 8313 3228.
