PC Dave Williams of the town's Safer Neighbourhood Team said the youth had been seen twice outside W H Smiths in the narrow Saxon Square walkway and again in Purewell on Friday.
He was also seen speeding along the pavement in Bargates, heading north towards the railway station. Today (Monday) he was spotted again in the town centre.
PC Williams described the youth as "a complete and utter maniac".
