A LITTLE football fan has shown he has a big heart by donating a picture of his hero to charity.
Callum Stoodley, four, won a large signed photograph of Manchester United star David Beckham in a raffle.
Most children would have given the photo pride of place on their bedroom wall.
But Callum, who is in the reception class of Perry Hall Primary School, in Orpington, decided to help children less fortunate than himself, by donating the photo to the Acorn's Children's Cancer Appeal at Queen Mary's Hospital in Sidcup.
Callum handed the photograph to hospital nurse Jane Garland in a special school assembly.
It is due to be auctioned, with the proceeds going to benefit the children with cancer and their families who stay at the hospital.
Reception teacher Lynn Callaghan said: “We are very proud of Callum, it is a lovely gesture.”
