AN ELDERLY woman died in a house fire in North Bournemouth early this morning.
The fire service was called to Bearwood just before midnight yesterday where the upper storey of an end of terrace house was on fire.
The 88-year-old woman, the only occupant of the house King John Avenue, was found dead at 12.23am.
Occupants of two neighbouring properties had to be evacuated.
Fire investigators are at the scene this morning but according to a police spokesman the fire is not believed to be suspicious.
