FIVE more boys have been arrested after reports that two men were stabbed in Bournemouth.

Two 14-year-olds, two aged 15 and one 16-year-old are the latest to be detained following an incident in the pedestrianised area of Old Christchurch Road on Saturday, June 15.

The incident took place at 12.45am near the junction with Albert Road when it was reported that a group of four men aged in their 20s were approached by a group of teenagers who began chasing and assaulting them.

One of the victims was found at an address in Richmond Hill with a suspected stab wound to his leg and was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were not believed to be life-changing or life-threatening. The second victim had a suspected stab wound to his leg. The boys have been questioned and released under investigation.

A 14-year-old Bournemouth boy arrested earlier has also been released under investigation.
