Air ambulance lands at St Edward's School playing field in Poole
AN AIR ambulance landed at a school playing field in Poole this afternoon.
St Edward's School in Dale Valley Road is still closed for the summer holiday.
However, an air ambulance landed at the school following a call at 1.24pm.
Two ambulances and a rapid response vehicle were also called to the scene.
A spokesperson for South Western Ambulance Service said a female patient was taken to Southampton General Hospital by air ambulance.
They did not provide any other information about the patient's condition.
