FOUR local care homes have been rated as good in their latest inspections by the Care Quality Commission.
Inspectors found that Avon View in Loring Road, Christchurch, run by Tricuro, Woodside Lodge in Burley Road, Bransgore, Coastal Lodge in Knyveton Road, also run by Tricuro, and Talbot View, in Ensbury Avenue, Bournemouth were all providing a good standard of care to their residents.
The inspections took place earlier this summer.
However, a service which provides domiciliary care to people in their own homes, Bluebird Care Ferndown, was told it required improvement, although inspectors found staff to be caring and that it was a safe and effective service.
