JAMES Park wasted little time in laying the foundations for Broadstone’s five-wicket victory over Dorset Premier League rivals Martinstown at The Delph.
Park (76) cracked 10 fours and four sixes during his 65-ball stay, his rapid knock coming to an end when he was run out by Monty Payne at 105 for three.
He dominated a second-wicket stand of 91 with Dan Cook before Ashley Collison (27) remained undefeated as Broadstone reached their revised target at 168 for five.
Earlier, Caleb Rowe (4-60) had decimated Martinstown’s top order, removing Ed Nichols, Payne, Teddy Andrews and George Pope to leave them on 56 for four.
Pete Russell (2-22) and Matt Spraggs (2-25) both chipped in at the visitors were dismissed for 171.
