There are long delays on the A31
THERE are long delays on a major road this evening due to a breakdown.
Motorists travelling eastbound are facing three-mile queues after a vehicle broke down at Poulner Hill.
One lane has been closed between the A338 and the M27 near Ringwood.
Delays begin at St Ives.
