TWO men from Birmingham pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit GBH at Bournemouth Crown Court yesterday.

The pair, James Brinkworth and Devon Morris were charged in connection with an incident, which reportedly unfolded at Young’s Road, Bournemouth, on July 10, this year.

It is alleged the pair took part in an attack where an ‘unknown substance’ was reportedly spayed in the face of a victim.

Brinkworth, aged 32, of Exeter Drive, Birmingham, spoke to confirm his name and his not guilty plea.

He did plead guilty to one charge of driving while disqualified.

Meanwhile, Morris, aged 30, of Sandringham Road, Birmingham, also spoke to confirm his name and his not guilty plea.

He did plead guilty to one charge of dangerous driving.

Judge Jonathan Fuller QC remanded the pair in custody until a further court hearing.
