Man charged after Wimborne Road assault following incident in Castle Lane West
A 36-YEAR-OLD man charged in connection with an alleged stabbing has appeared before magistrates.
Kevin Sherwood, 36, of Craigmoor Avenue, Bournemouth faces an allegation of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent on Thursday August 2.
The charge relates to an incident which took place in Wimborne Road, Kinson at 7.07pm.
He was arrested at the scene of an incident in Castle Lane West on Wednesday evening when a man was shot in the arm by police.
Sherwood was remanded in custody at Poole Magistrates' Court and will next appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday September 6.
