FIREFIGHTERS from across Dorset were called to Poole Hospital on Saturday night.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service received reports of a fire in the basement at the site at 9.29pm.
Fire crews from Poole, Westbourne, Springbourne, Redhill Park, Wimborne and Christchurch attended, along with support from Maiden Newton and the aerial platform from Westbourne.
It was confirmed to be a false alarm.
