Reason: offence so serious because the defendant has a flagrant disregard for people and their property, bad record, like offences and recently released from prison. To pay £316 compensation.

HUGO CELSO ANDRADE FARIA, aged 21 and of Poplar Court, Wimborne Road, Poole, admits assaulting a person by beating him in Tesco Extra, Bournemouth on April 7.
