A BRAND new festival dedicated to motor vehicles will roll into Boscombe this autumn.

The Motors By The Sea Festival will take place in Boscombe Precinct from Friday, September 14, until Sunday, September 16.

The event, which is being hosted by hosted by Bournemouth Coastal BID, will give motoring fans the chance to showcase their talents, network and gain knowledge from collectors and industry experts. There will also be displays for car enthusiasts.

Paul Clarke, Bournemouth Coastal BID chairman, said “Bournemouth Coastal BID and Boscombe’s business community are delighted to be supporting this inaugural festival. “With the involvement of strong local partners, like Paragon Skills, we hope the first Motors By The Sea festival will be a fun weekend for the local community, bringing more visitors into Boscombe and increasing footfall.”

Headline sponsor, Paragon Skills, will be holding an event as part of the festival at their Bournemouth Technical Centre on Ashley Road on September 15.

Sarah Galli, marketing manager for Paragon Skills, said: As part of the festival, we will be showcasing the work and services of many of our employer partners from the automotive industry. We hope to see many car enthusiasts and people from the wider conurbation of Bournemouth at the festival.”
