A MAN has admitted taking a Mercedes and crashing it into a house in Boscombe.
As reported in the Daily Echo, police, paramedics and firefighters were called to Haviland Road in the early hours of May 29 when a car smashed into a property.
No one was injured in the collision.
Rodrigo Da Cruz Reis, of Windham Road in Boscombe, appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court on Friday, June 22. He admitted aggravated vehicle taking and property damage costing £5,000 or more, using a vehicle without insurance and driving a vehicle without a licence.
The defendant, 22, was immediately disqualified from driving and the case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
He will return to the court in July for sentence.
Another man, who is also 22, was arrested following the crash. He has now been released without charge.
