A MAN was struck by a car after a crash in Poole.
The crash in Tollerford Road, Canford Heath, was reported to police at 8.18am on Thursday.
It involved a white Volkswagen Transporter and a blue Audi A4.
After the crash, both vehicles pulled over to exchange details.
As the driver of the Volkswagen - a man aged in his 40s - got out of his vehicle, the Audi drove off and struck him on the knee as it went past.
It is not believed the man sustained any serious injuries.
Dorset Police said: “Following enquiries, the Audi was stopped shortly afterwards in Hasler Road.
“A 22-year-old Ringwood man voluntarily attended Poole police station for an interview and has been released under investigation as enquiries continue.”
