POLICE are hunting a man who hit a female hunt supporter over the head with a camera.
The victim, in her 40s, suffered a head injury and now officers have released an image of a man they would like to speak in connection with the incident.
Police were called to Tarrant Gunville, near Blandford, at 3pm on Saturday March 24.
They were told the woman had been walking past a green Land Rover when a man linked to the vehicle struck her over the head with a handheld device, thought to be a camera.
The victim needed hospital treatment.
Police Constable Dave Mullins, of North Dorset police, said: "This assault left the victim with a nasty injury."
