THE UK's first and only dedicated Prosecco festival is coming to Bournemouth for the first time next month.

The Prosecco Festival will be calling at more than 30 locations across the UK, including Bournemouth Pavilion on July 13 and 14.

Visitors will have the chance to sample more than 40 types of Prosecco, Spumante, Cava, Brut, Pink Fizz and even Prosecco cocktails.

And for non-fizz fans, there will be an Italian Peroni area, too.

People will be given a branded Prosecco flute on arrival and all the bars will work on a token system.

Tokens, which cost £5 each, can be purchased using cash or card from the token points at the venue and exchanged for any drink.

Standard entry is £12.50 and includes festival access, a branded glass and wristband, access to drinks stations, live entertainment and access to street food areas. To book visit proseccofestival.co.uk
