DRIVERS are being warned to expect delays at Hurn roundabout today.

Dorset County Council said several trees will be removed and stop/go boards will be in use between 9.30am and 3.30pm while the work is being carried out.

A spokesperson said: "Please prepare for delays and allow extra time for your journey.

"These trees have been checked for nesting birds by our conservation officer."

The work is taking place as part of the ongoing improvements at Hurn roundabout.

The improvements are expected to be completed at the end of September.
