TOBIE SEBASTIAN BEGLARIAN, aged 28 and of Lansdowne Road, Bournemouth, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a BMW who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £518, to pay a £51 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

AARON CHRISTOPHER HENWOOD, aged 27 and of Old Christchurch Road, Boscombe, admits damaging a vehicle in Chine Crescent, Bournemouth. Fined £60, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £30 costs. No compensation ordered as the damage was paid for.

WAYNE DARREN CHARLES SPEIRS, aged 48 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with a direction given under the Antisocial Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act by failing to leave Old Christchurch Road on January 23. Fined £40, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £35 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on February 13. Fined £80. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 15 months made on December 19 2017 for possessing a class B drug. No action taken on breach.

LUCAS JOHN ALBIN, aged 28 and of Moorside Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on March 14 2017 by failing to report as directed on two occasions. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence. Community order revoked. Discharged conditionally for two years.

LUCY ARNOLD, aged 32 and of Seabourne Road, Southbourne, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment on two occasions. It is ordered that no action is taken on the breach.

POOLE LYNSEY AHNEA CARBERRY, aged 36 and of Langdon Road, Poole, admits stealing meat worth £46.25 from Aldi in Boscombe on January 26. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, to pay a £20 surcharge, to pay £35 costs.

WIMBORNE

NEIL STUART CHALKLEY, aged 53 and of Briar Way, Wimborne, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress at the Tap and Railway pub in Station Road, West Moors on August 5 2017. Fined £190, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Defendant excluded from the Tap and Railway pub for three years. Also admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £109.

DANIEL GILKES, aged 41 and of Leigh Road, Wimborne, admits assaulting a PC in the execution of his duty in Bournemouth custody suite on September 24 2017. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, to pay £50 compensation.

WAREHAM

ALEXANDER HORN, aged 32 and of East Street, Corfe Castle, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on April 5 2017 by failing to report as directed on three occasions. Fined £50.

CHRISTCHURCH

ELIZABETH ANNE HUGHES, aged 51 and of Edward Road, Christchurch, admits attending and remaining at an address in Stroud Park Avenue while under the influence of intoxicants on May 16, which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made on December 8 2017. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of 20 days. Fined £50, to pay an £85 surcharge. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made for misuse of a communications network x 4. Suspended sentence of eight weeks imprisonment suspended for six months amended by extending the operational period to eight months.

JASON VINEY, aged 53 and of Latch Farm Avenue, Christchurch, admits being the owner of land at Arnewood Road between November 2017 and April 2018 and being in breach of an enforcement notice issued on September 21 2016 by Bournemouth council by failing to carry out works to remove storage containers from the land. Fined £600, to pay a £60 surcharge, to pay £600 costs.
