A31 at Poulner Hill near Ringwood. ..
Motorists were stuck in delays of up to 30 minutes on the A31 due to a broken down car.
Traffic was queued back to Picket Post on the eastbound carriageway as a result of the incident which blocked one lane at Stoney Cross.
The car was removed from the carriageway around midday.
