A MENTAL health festival takes place at Bournemouth University this weekend.
The #DorsetMindYourHead Mental Health Festival takes place between 2pm and 6pm at Kimmeridge House at the Talbot Campus on Saturday.
The festival is a collaboration between the National Citizens Service Trust, Dorset Mind, BCHA and Bournemouth University.
The aim of the event is to “break the stigma surrounding mental health and raise awareness of the provision and support that is on offer in the Dorset area.”
Exhibitors will be showcasing information and guidance on mental health plus a number of workshops and talks will be taking place to support young people who would like to know more about their mental health.
