SIX planning applications concerning HMOs have been made to Bournemouth Council in the past week.
One is for a change of use for a property in Moorfield Grove, Moordown. The application says the previous owner lived in the property with six lodgers.
The change of use application would allow nine people to live there.
Another application is for an existing student property in Sedgley Road, Winton.
Currently, the property is let to five students on 11 month contracts.
Another property in Windham Road could also be turned into a six bedroom HMO.
There would be two parking spaces included.
And there is also an application for a property in Alma Road to be registered as an HMO.
Plans to alter and build an extension on an HMO in Bengal Road have also been submitted.
Alterations to an HMO in Edgehill Road have been proposed. This also includes a single storey extension.
