WITH temperatures set to rise to eight degrees Celsius for the foreseeable future from tomorrow, we have likely seen the last of the snow for now.
However the lingering effects of the past two days of disruption are likely to continue for a while.

Disruption to bus services continues and travellers are advised to check with Yellow Buses and Morebus to find out if their usual routes are running.

Services are still suspended for South Western Railway between Southampton Central and Weymouth, but tickets are being accepted on CrossCountry services.
The Sandbanks Ferry is currently out of action.
Shops and public facilities are mostly open today.
UPDATE- @bmthlibs Sat 3rd March. Winton and Ensbury Park open usual hours. Kinson Library open 12 - 4pm. Bournemouth Library 11.30am - 5pm.@poolelibraries closed today except Poole Library which will open 1pm. Please take care - pavements still very slippy.
