A SPECIAL event for expectant mums and dads will return next month.

The second annual Dorset Bump to Baby Show will take place during Mother’s Day weekend on Saturday, March 10, at the Pavilion Theatre in Bournemouth.

The event will feature more than 60 exhibitors showcasing pregnant, birth and baby related products, as well as services available locally.

Guest speakers include Milli Hill, founder of The Positive Birth Movement, and Mark Harris, a male midwife of over 20 years and founder of Birthing4Blokes.

There will also be interactive workshops held by experts and taster sessions, a buggy park, a baby feeding and changing area, sling hire, plus a baby and toddler soft play.

A spokesperson said: “Dorset Bump to Baby Show is also providing a much-needed platform for local mums in business to showcase their products and services and, for many, the opportunity to launch new ventures.

“With this in mind we are excited to announce that Erin Thomas Wong, founder of online community Making Mumpreneurs, which empowers mums from all over the world to run businesses will be joining us at the Show to hand out exhibitor goody bags and offer tips, support & inspiration to exhibitors and mums who may be thinking about starting their own business.”

Tickets cost £5, with free entry for children under 16, and includes a 50p donation to SPRING support plus automatic entry into the prize raffle.
