DARREN CHRISTOPHER RAPLEY, aged 44 and of Pembroke Road, Bournemouth, admits attempting to enter as a trespasser Marks and Spencer with intent to steal on November 17 in Bournemouth. Community order made. The defendant must comply with electronically-monitored curfew for five weeks. To pay compensation of £50. Also admits commission of a further offence wile subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months imposed on March 15 2017 for three counts of theft, one of going equipped and one of fail bail. No action taken on breach.

SOPHIE MICHELE CROFT, aged 33, of Mandale Road, Bournemouth. Admitted theft of items valued at £92.43 at Ringwood Road Retail Park on 26/9/2017. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £92.43 costs.

DANIEL JAMES FRANKLIN, aged 34, of St Johns Road, Bournemouth. Admitted theft of two bottles of drink to the value of £2.80 at the Post Office, Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on 25/09/2017. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £20.

SIMONE DANIELLE GENT, aged 29, of Hanlon Close, Bournemouth.
