LENKA SPRINGTHORPE, 43, of Denmark Road, Poole, admitted drink driving on the A35 on Christmas Eve 2017, with a reading of 97 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. A community order was made for one year, with 120 hours unpaid work, and she was banned from driving for 28 months. £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

ADAM MATTHEW SKEATS, 31, of Blackbird Close, Poole, admitted drink driving on the A35 Wimborne Road on December 23, 2017, with a reading of 53 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml breath. JAKE STANLEY, 19, of Chaldon Road, Poole, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm at the Jolly Sailor on Poole Quay on Christmas Eve, 2017. Community order made for one year, with a three month electronic tag curfew and 80 hours unpaid work. To pay £200 compensation, £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

KANE DUTCH BRUCE, 33, of Ringwood Road, Poole, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by sending a Whatsapp message on January 3, 2018, in Weymouth. Fined £400, with £85 costs and £40 victim surcharge.

LEON JAMES JARRETT, 22, of Northfield Road, Ringwood, admitted drink driving on the A31 at Ferndown on Boxing Day 2017, with a reading of 49 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. He was fined £300 and banned from the road for 14 months. £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

SIMON CHARLES TYLDESLEY, 46, of no fixed abode, admitted possession of 108mg of heroin and 721mg of crack cocaine in Bournemouth on August 12, 2017. Also admitted theft of golf clubs from Druitt’s Solicitors in Bournemouth on November 27, theft of a laptop from Smart Skin in Bournemouth on December 6, and theft of cigarettes from Yaawin Global supermarket in Bournemouth on December 19. Requested custodial sentence. Imprisoned for 26 weeks for all offences and ordered to pay £230 compensation.

EMMANUEL OLUGBEMI OLU OYELUMADE, 43, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching probation requirements on release from imprisonment for burglary. Jailed for 10 days.

TERRY KINNEAR, 41, of Oakmead Gardens, Bournemouth, admitted driving while under the influence of drugs in Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, on July 21, 2017, with readings of 24 micrograms of cocaine and 800 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, a cocaine metabolite, per litre of blood. Fined £140 and disqualified from driving for 12 months. Costs £85 and £30 victim surcharge.

DAVID SCOTT STEVENSON, 44, of no fixed abode, admitted theft of cameras, keys and a toolbox from a property in Lansdowne Road, Bournemouth, between November 3-6, 2018. Fined £100 and to pay £30 compensation.

PAUL LESLIE JAMES ASHFORD, 61, of Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, found guilty after summary trial of possessing a lock knife in a public place, St Mary’s Road, Poole, on August 22, 2017. Fined £180 with £50 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

DOMINIC CHRISTOPHER MACDONALD, 26, of Market Street, Weymouth, admitted drink driving in Christchurch Road, West Parley, on Christmas Day, 2017, with a reading of 87 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml breath. Also admitted taking a Yamaha motorcycle without the owner’s consent in Ferndown, driving without an appropriate licence, without insurance, and possession of cannabis, on the same date. JASON ERIC POLLITT, 36, of Blissful Road, Fordingbridge, admitted taking an Audi A3 without consent in Lymington between December 9-11, 2016. Also admitted driving an Audi A3 on the A351 at Sandford, Wareham, without a licence or insurance on December 14, 2016. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody on August 11 and September 15, 2017. Also admitted theft of clothing from Beales in Bournemouth on May 24, 2017, theft of items from Tesco in the Triangle, Bournemouth, on September 15, 2017, and entering Marks and Spencer in Bournemouth on November 17, 2017, with intent to steal. Jailed for 11 weeks in total. Driving record endorsed with six points. Victim surcharge £115.
