THE fleet-footed king and queen of the ballroom, Anton Du Beke and Erin Boag, will bring their new show, Broadway to Hollywood, to Bournemouth in 2018.

Described as a stunning new production of dance, music and song, it will be a showcase of the undisputed talent of the nation’s favourite ballroom couple and a supporting cast including vocalist Lance Ellington, six world-class Ensemble Dancers and the 25-piece London Concert Orchestra conducted by Richard Balcombe.

The show includes classics such as Somewhere in Time, Cry Me a River, Mr Bojangles, Downtown, This Nearly Was Mine, New York, New York and Libertango.

The show will also feature the popular questions and answer section providing some fun interaction with the audience.

Anton Du Beke is as synonymous with Strictly Come Dancing as the glitterball trophy and the delightfully camp video clips that punctuate each episode. One of the professionals on the show since its inception in 2004, the affable ballroom star has danced his way through an impressive 15 series.

But Anton told the Echo he is looking forward to being back on the road in 2018: “It’s show time again! Erin and I are delighted to be back with a brand new production. This will be our tenth tour so we really hope you will be able to join us in celebrating a decade of dance.”

Broadway to Hollywood will be at Bournemouth Pavilion on Saturday, February 3 at 2.30pm and 7.30pm. To book, call 0844 576 3000.
