A FAMILY pantomime straight out of the wild west is being performed in Weymouth from tomorrow (6).

The Acting Caledonians are putting on Calamity Jane at the Radipole URC Hall.

The panto is great fun for all the family and features Mexicans, cowboys, braves, Calamity Jane and her nephew. Add Ben and Jerry the silly duo; the old tobacco chewing Old Timer, Lightning the horse, our heroes Clint Westwood and Pocahontas and the children dancing which all makes for great fun.

The performances have been raising money for local charities since 1973 and last year donated £2,000. This year profits will be going to Butterflies, the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust and Julia's House children's hospice.
