GREGORY HILL, aged 19 and of Portfield Road, Christchurch, admits keeping an unlicensed vehicle in Forton Close. Fined £40, to pay vehicle excise back duty of £4.42, to pay costs of £30.
TERRY SAWYER, aged 54 and of Dorset Road, Christchurch, convicted of driving a Citroen Saxo in Queens Avenue, Christchurch after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath, namely 106mg per 100ml breath, exceeded the limit. Fined £400, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £40, to pay costs of £500. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.
NEIL VARTY, aged 36 and of Foxcroft Drive, Wimborne, admits driving a Ford van on the A352 Dorchester Road, Wool on March 22 at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour. Fined £135, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30, to pay costs of £85, driving record endorsed with three points.
