ANDREW TRILL, aged 47 and of Laurel Lane, St Leonards, admits driving a Renault Clio in Ringwood Road, Ringwood after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 66mg per 100ml, exceeding the prescribed limit. Fined £160, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30, to pay costs of £100, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

JUSTIN BROOKES, aged 22 and of Christchurch Road in Ringwood, admits having in his possession a quantity of cannabis on March 23 in Bournemouth. Discharged conditionally for six months, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20, to pay costs of £50, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits having in his possession 0.3g of cannabis in St George’s Drive, Bournemouth on October 18. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

NICHOLAS JOHN CRAIG CASTLE aged 20 of Kingston Row, Hazelbury Bryan, Sturminster Newton, was found guilty of having a lock knife in a public place without good reason at Station Road, Gillingham, on 24/5/17. Sentenced to four weeks imprisonment concurrent, suspended for 15 months with requirements. Also admits to using a motor vehicle without insurance and without a licence authorising him to drive a vehicle of that class at Coronation Road, Gillingham, on 4/9/17. Disqualified from driving for six months and licence endorsed with six penalty points. Also admits to taking a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner at Gillingham on 4/9/17. Sentenced to four weeks imprisonment concurrent, suspended for 15 months.

SWANAGE

ALEX LEE MATSON aged 21 of Ash Close, Swanage, admits to driving a motor vehicle at Wallisdown Road, Poole, on 28/7/17 when he had 54ugl of Benzoylecgonine, a controlled drug, in his blood, exceeding the specified limit. Fined £200. To pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

VERWOOD

THOMAS JOHN FAULKNER aged 85 of Dewlands Way, Verwood, was found guilty of assaulting a person at Bournemouth on 21/2/17. To pay £100 compensation. Also was found guilty of failing to stop and failing to report an accident when he was the driver of a motor vehicle at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Castle Lane, on 21/2/17 where an accident occurred and damage was caused to another vehicle. Fined £170. Conditionally discharged for 12 months. To pay £650 court costs and £30 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed with five points.

THOMAS STACEY-ROSSITER, aged 24 and of Burley Close in Verwood, admits attending the Night Jar in Ferndown on September 13, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on January 18. Fined £440, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £44, to pay costs of £85. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on January 17. No action taken on breach.
