SWANSEA City striker Tammy Abraham is expected to be fit for the visit of Cherries on Saturday after being carried off in their 2-0 defeat at Burnley five days ago.

The Chelsea loan star, who has netted four of Swans' seven goals in the Premier League this season, sustained a back injury eight minutes from time at Turf Moor.

Although Abraham sat out training during the early part of the week, Swans boss Paul Clement is confident he will be available for selection against Eddie Howe's team.

Speaking to the club website following training on Tuesday, Clement said: “Tammy didn’t train today but we are expecting him to rejoin training this week.

“His back went into spasm at Burnley but I don’t think there is an injury there. He is a bit stiff at the moment but we think he will be okay for Bournemouth.”

Abraham's form for Swans earned the 20-year-old a call up for his first senior England caps earlier this month when he featured in draws against Germany and Brazil.
