Crash involving motorcyclist and pedestrian on Wimborne Road
A MOTORCYCLIST and a pedestrian have been injured after crashing near a church in Bournemouth.
The incident took place in Wimborne Road, near St John's Church in Winton at around 6pm this evening.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We received reports at 6.01pm of an RTC involving a motorcyclist and a pedestrian."
The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident and it was re-opened at around 7pm.
The Dorset Police spokesperson was unable to confirm the nature of the injuries sustained by the motorcyclist and pedestrian.
