A CAR park in Sandbanks will be closed until March next year.
Wessex Water is using Shore Road pay and display car park, near Sandbanks Beach, as a temporary compound while it carries out work to drainage in Sandbanks Road.
It will be closed until March 31, 2018.
The 12 car parking bays on Shore Road for drivers with disabilities remain available for use.
The majority of on-street pay and display bays along Shore Road are unaffected by the works and remain available for public use.
Sandbanks Beach car park on Banks Road is open as usual.
Jason Benjamin, parking services manager, Borough of Poole, said: "We would like to thank beach users and local residents for their patience and understanding while this car park is temporarily closed during the off peak season and apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
"We would encourage beach users and visitors to use the nearby alternative car park where possible."
