A CCTV image has been released after a man robbed a Subway store in Boscombe.
The offender approached the till area at the Christchurch Road store at around 8.20pm on Saturday and demanded cash.
He threatened a staff member with a small knife and stole cash, leaving the store and heading towards Pokesdown.

Detective Constable Honor McAdam, of Bournemouth CID, said: “As part of our early enquiries into this incident I am in a position to issue a CCTV image of the suspect. I would urge anyone who recognises this man to please contact Dorset Police.
“I am also keen to hear from anyone who was in the Christchurch Road area at the relevant time and may have witnessed the incident or seen a man matching the description given entering or leaving Subway.”
