AN eight-page information supplement outlining the agreed changes to health provision across Dorset is featured in today's Daily Echo.
It will give members of the public all the information they need about decisions made last week by the NHS Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
The CCG agreed that Poole Hospital will become a major centre for planned care while the Royal Bournemouth Hospital will become the county's main emergency hospital.
The decision will impact on services including maternity and paediatric care, acute care, the cancer network and mental health.
The supplement explains how the decisions were made and why there was considered to be a need for change. It will also outline plans for travel and for the workforce.
