EVICTION orders have been served on the unauthorised traveller encampment at Sandbanks car park in Poole.
Council officers went to court yesterday, where magistrates granted the orders.
A Borough of Poole (BOP) spokesman confirmed: "BOP has been successful in obtaining eviction orders from the court, which will be served to the group immediately and gives them 24 hours to vacate the site."
Three caravans, two motorhomes and associated vehicles were at the car park yesterday.
BOP has provided toilets for the unauthorised encampment.
